In order to get more characters with disabilities into film and TV, we have to start with the writers. Because writing is where it all begins.
So we’re offering a free resource to writers who are thinking
about including PWD (people with disabilities) into their projects.
We’ll get you in touch with a consultant who has first-hand knowledge
of a particular disability .
And our writers' resource can suggest great background
material, from classical literature up to recent films, to enhance your project.
Plus, our seminar series is a great way to have a fun evening and to get in
the right frame of mind -- to see people with disabilities represented in your
writing as much as they are in the world.
